  • This home at 6 Tinys Way unit 1 located in a quiet neighborhood, 2BD/1BA condo has been meticulously renovated and boasts 1,130 sf of living area. Short walk to downtown for restaurants and bars. This year round condo has everything! Central air; 2 exclusive outdoor patios; large landscaped yard-area with irrigation; beautiful flooring; recessed lighting; abundant natural light; and a remote controlled gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. The first bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress. There are plenty of linens and towels for your stay. The large living room has comfortable furniture; flat screen TV with cable; and a dvd player for those rainy days. There is also free wifi; front load washer and dryer; and parking for two cars! Sorry no smoking or pets.
