All 3 BR's have queen size beds; Central A/C; outdoor patio & grill; Two brand new bathrooms: one with double vanity; radiant flooring; new tub with pulsating shower grad & handheld; lighted medicine cabinets. Second bath has full shower; radiant flooring; lighted medicine cabinet; beach chairs & towels provided; dining for 6; expanded cable, HDTV/internet/dvd; new stainless kitchen appliances including full size refrigerator; mircrowave; dishwasher and disposal; dedicated parking provided for one car; across the street from Mussel Beach gym, up the street from the Boatslip, Monkey Bar , Joon Bar, Liz's Cafe and easy walk to The Red Inn. Convenient bicycle rentals are just around the corner. Want to cook in the newly updated kitchen? You can walk to the nearby Stop n Shop supermarket or the fish market at Macs on Shankpainter Rd. Great place, great location!

The six of us (three couples) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rental. From the modern and comfy decor and furniture, to the soft beds (we all slept very well!), to morning coffee on the deck, this place was a treat. Not to mention that it’s in a fantastic location! We had plenty of reminders and communication before we arrived and on the day of arrival. The place is cute, with thoughtful details and provisions for guests, such as a set of towels in every room and a kitchen with everything you need, including Ziploc bags and menus. We walked to the beach along the dunes all the way to Herring Cove and walked back on the bike path. Perfect location for people who love walking or biking to the beach.

Leigh's house was great. It's in the perfect location, very close to everything we'd want to get to; we didn't even need bikes to get around because we could walk everywhere. Fit 6 of us comfortably. Would recommend just for the location.

Holly folly weekend

Stayed in Ptown for the weekend with friends and family. The place was wonderful, as pictured, beautiful updated bathrooms. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Easy walk into town to all the shops and restaurants. Kitchen has everything you need if cooking in.

Great Location, Even Better Communication

Leigh’s home was the perfect spot to stay during our trip. Personally we think Conant St. is one of the best in town as it is so centrally located and this property was no exception! Leigh was also great with communication and checked in several times to make sure there was nothing we needed.

The condo was in a great location for us and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. Parking spot and a cute little patio with awning and bbq grill. The unit while not terribly large has two nice updated bathrooms and 3 queen beds. Washer-Dryer and kitchen nicely stocked… Would recommend too!

Easy getaway

A great condo for our family of 4 (parents, teen, and tween)! The location was quiet, yet close enough to walk to coffee/restaurants, shops, bike rentals, MacMillan Pier, etc. We could spread out when we needed to and hang out together in the evenings: comfy beds and up-to-date bathrooms, and the large kitchen island worked for board games during our down time, too. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and plates, utensils, glasses, etc. It was nice to have off-street parking for peace of mind as well. Overall, a great place to stay!

We have stayed in our fair share of rentals around town, and this was probably the best to date. The place is exactly as described, cleaner than clean, and Leigh was a great host to work with. The location is our favorite (West End, close enough to be quickly walkable, but just far enough from Commercial to be quiet), but we also enjoyed just having cocktails on the deck. We will definitely be back.

Perfect get away

This is our 2nd stay at this location. It truly is a home away from home. It is perfectly located and our entire week was a walking vacation. The owners have thought to stock the house with everything you could need or want. A heads up on parking at the unit - if you have a large SUV or oversized car, parking will be very snug but at least there is parking dedicated to the unit. Owners communicate very well and are super responsive to any inquiries. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

The unit was well appointed (Maytag appliances, furniture, TV, A/C, etc.) and tastefully decorated. Everything appeared to be in great condition, especially the two bathrooms, and very clean. It's wonderful to have small appliances (toaster, coffee maker) and kitchen tools (knives, spatulas, cutting boards, pots and pans, cutlery) available; there wasn't one single thing that we needed that wasn't somewhere in the kitchen. Although close to Commercial Street (where all of the shopping, dining, and events are), it was a quiet street. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded immediately if we had questions. I would HIGHLY recommend!
