This spot was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean and comfortable, it provided us a comfortable spot to get some work done in-between the events we were attending. Host was very responsive to contact when we arrived and checkin/out was smooth and simple. Would definitely stay again!

Was perfect for a little getaway . Conveniently located right in the middle of everything. Walk to shops , restaurants, the beach, whale watching etc. Just enough space for 2 people . Maybe next time we can stay longer.

Great location!

The property was in the middle of everything and enjoyed the week stay with my pup. Property mgmt team was superb and allowed me to arrive a bit early. Communication was outstanding. The cleaning crew could have done a better job with cleaning the floors prior to arrival and ensure bathroom sink handles weren’t sticky (floors looked clean by white socks were black at bottom after walking around a bit). I tried to wipe them down to avoid this throughout the week. I passed this on to Thomas/property mgmt. He was apologetic and assured me it would be addressed. Overall, stay was great and I’d stay here again.

Deceptive

Upon arrival i noticed the place was a bit run down, weeds everywhere. Some freshly planted flowers or window flower boxes would have given the place some promise. We were told that there were laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of Coconuts, there was a door labeled 'Wash' but we were never given the keypad code to use the facilities. When we walked into the place i was surprised that they didnt have a dimmer switch in the Living Room. Would have made the space more cozy and romantic. The most disappointing was when i went to use the bathroom and almost fell right off the seat cover. It was extremely loose and a crutial piece missing. We had to use 2 sided tape to keep the seat from sliding left and right. We even tried tightening it. Didn't help. I told the Property Manager about it and also mentioned that a big part of me picking your guest house over others was 1st the location 'Center of Provincetown' you really lived up to its name and i wanted to stay at a place that had a 'Hot tub'. This property was listed on Vrbo app for having a hot tub and much to my disappointment didnt have one when we got there. Come to find out from the Property Manager that my unit never had a hot tub. But i told him specifically for this property that i booked it based on this unit listing a hot tub. I even printed out a copy. Its funny after mentioning that to the property manager when i went back onto the Vrbo app the hot tub listing had surprisingly vanished. False advertise

We loved our recent 7night stay at this beautiful condo. Location can't be beat especially in the winter time. So many restaurants in walking distance. We loved how equipped the kitchen was, the beautiful bathroom shower and comfy king bed! We found this condo to be very spacious for Ptown! It was also very clean . We will be back with our pups!

It was absolutely the perfect spot right in the heart of town. This was a birthday trip for my husband and it was just amazing! The cottage was so quant and charming. No one ever want to leave vacation but this time was the most difficult. We could see ourselves living here forever it was that perfect!
