This 3rd floor walkup is located on Commercial St’s bay side. Featuring a beach access, a large private waterfront deck, a shared beach deck & lounge chairs. The unit is located on the 3rd floor walkup of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a big main space which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table where four people can eat comfortably, and a living room space with smart TV and a pull out full sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, small work desk and a window AC unit. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In the summer, open the sliding deck doors, turn on the fans and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will be blown away by the captivating views of the water at all hours of the day while sipping a cocktail or an ice tea on the deck!
There is a comfortable full sleeper in the living room which offers a second sleeping space for additional guests. Linens will be provided upon request. There’s nothing like waking up to the sound of the lapping waves and bay views!

The owner was very easy to work with and incredibly responsive to questions and requests. The location was lovely on the waterfront, and the home had the basic essentials for a short-term visit.
The apartment is spacious and perfect for two. The views are fantastic, and the neighborhood is quiet. We’ve stayed in many places in Provincetown, and there was not much that we could find wrong with this one. Thank you!!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful 5 days visiting Provincetown! Alain’s hospitality, beautiful waterfront home, and gorgeous aesthetic make for the perfect vacation. The accommodations are perfectly appointed—from the well stocked kitchen, to the comfortable & finely decorated living/sleeping/dining areas. The terrace overlooking the bay is a gorgeous spot for morning coffee or an intimate dinner. Also, for a home right in the middle of P-Town, there is no noise! One can partake in the fun of Provincetown and escape to a quiet oasis, all at once. Highly recommend!!
Located on Commercial Street in the heart of Provincetown, this cozy 3rd floor walk-up apartment was obviously just remodeled. Everything was up-to-date and immaculate. The ocean-front deck was a great place for a sunrise morning coffee and drinks after dinner. The beachfront below was also available for a swim or just to sit and watch the boats. Fantastic restaurants, great crowds and fun bars are all within walking distance. In fact I suggest ditching your car in paid overnight parking and getting around on foot. We had a wonderful time and recommend this property and host. We hope to return soon.
Very clean and perfectly located. Really appreciate that dogs are allowed regardless of the weight as long as they are well behaved. Very responsive host and beautiful view of the beach. Charming building with character located near great restaurants, coffee, Ptown bars, and shops. Thanks and would stay here again!
Easy to check in and the suite was clean with great views. It is a 10 a minute walk to the main part of town. I missed that it was paid parking but I did find free parking about 3 blocks away on Bradford Rd going west.
