"The room were in ok condition, but the walls were quite thin, so you could basicly here people speaking next door. Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. Check-in and check-out was made remotely and I am not a great fan of that, I prefer personal contact with the staff. But all and all, all the matters were solved."

"No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere. "

"The apartment was beautiful exactly as advertised. It was incredibly clean and located very close to the metro which was convenient, but also an easy walk to the from the historic center. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family visiting Milan. "

"We have a great stay. The house is modern, clean, great location and accurate to pictures. Just mindful the stairs are not recommendation if you have kids under 5 I think. Great host communication."

"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
