"The apartment was clean located in a safe area and 15 minutes walk to the city center. Other than that: there was no W-Fi, not enough light in the kitchen area, the bathroom was incredible small, hardly one can seat on the toilet, the shower box was very small and extremely slippery. Nobody waited for us, we took the keys from their office in another part of the town. No map of the city, no instructions, practically nothing: just pay and leave the keys in the apartment and close the door. If...

"Das Hotel/Appartment im Resort Michelangelo war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poolanlage groß sehr sauber und auch vielfältig. Das einzige was an diesem Urlaub nicht so toll war, waren die vielen Stechmücken (mit einplanen Mückenspray, Mückenabwehr) aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nichts!"

"Das Rundumpaket ist komplett in Ordnung. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten (kleine Reparaturen zB. Türholzrahmen befestigen, Rädchen am Geschirrwagen erneuern) Wir sind keine "Reklamierer". Und deshalb sage ich ganz klar: wir waren zufrieden. Das Personal freundlich, Animation genügend, nicht zuviel. 10 Sterne: geiler Kaffee in jeglicher Form am hauseigenen Pool"
