Staff was so friendly and fast. Property was clean and well maintained. You can just tell it's older, so you know. But if you're looking for somewhere clean and safe in Orlando to sleep and you don't plan on spending much time in the hotel. This is perfect.

The resorts didn’t have a restaurant to have breakfast early in the morning, there was a coffee bar with only a few snacks and the only croissant I had, it was hard and greasy.
Although the room was clean, there was no room cleaning service during my stay and I had to ask for toiletry, which was very insignificant (I had the magnet sticker do not disturb in my room)
Expedia said that it was at .4mi from the convention center, this was deceiving. You couldn’t walk to there because there was. I crossing through the freeway, and the uber distance was going around taking approx 25 minutes each way.

Staff was great! The room was fantastically amazing!! Super clean & Great view! Definitely my new #1 pick. Bed are springy and the pillows are flat Definitely need to be updated but were still better than almost all places. Pool was fantastic and hot tub was great. Overall super amazing place to stay with the family
