"Room was not ready at 4pm for check-in. Weren't allowed to enter our room until 5:40pm, which by itself is unacceptable given how much these rooms cost. We were on the 10th floor, and the AC in the room was broken. It was 90 degrees outside and sweltering in the room. The engineer said he fixed it. ..."
