We are the owners and split our time between Utah and Houston — on occasion, we may be present in the basement unit during your stay. We want to be fully transparent about this so there are no surprises. We respect your privacy completely and will not interfere with your stay in any way.

Fully equipped with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and pantry items. Kitchen island for extra prep space and casual dining.

OUTDOOR:
Private deck with grill and outdoor furniture. Enjoy spectacular mountain views while you relax or cook out.

LOCATION:
Take a trip to Beaver Mtn. ski resort or spend a day at Bear Lake. Explore the numerous hiking and biking trails in this beautiful area. Or enjoy an evening at the Ellen Eccles Theatre, and don't forget to grab some famous Aggie ice cream.
