Fantastic people
My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much. Jerry and Geri were helpful, informative and most of all very friendly. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definately try to stay with them.

Me Time Getaway
A wonderful weekend in RI. The Vrbo was just as described. Great location with downtown Providence just 10 minutes away. I had an absolutely fantastic stay. I arrived as a guest and left feeling as if I had visisted a lifelong friend. Geri was a wonderful hostess. She is there for your every need. I recommend this VRBO without reservation. If you are looking for a quite stay minutes from the city, colleges, Federal Hill, and so much more, this is the place for you.

Nice propery centrally located to Providence
Nice bathroom with walkin shower, daybed room with TV and wireless Internet, and main bedroom with double bed. Our on site host, Geri, was very sweet. Cookies and milk on arrival and homemade Christmas cookies on Christmas day. A very pleasent stay.

Wonderful stay
Property was as advertised. Gerry was a wonderful host, she made us feel at home. Comfortable, clean and welcoming, if we are ever back in Providence we are certain to return.

Just Right
Owner is delightful! It was just the two of us and it was just right!! Close to downtown and Brown. It’s less than a hotel room and in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.

Perfect place for a short stay!
Property was exactly as shown in listing and photos. It had everything you need for a short stay. Large bathroom and shower, with bench! Very clean and had access to washer and dryer. Parking off street, near door. No steps or hills to climb. Best of all was meeting Gerri & Gerald. Fun to talk with and prompt to respond. Gerri is a new friend!!

So sorry about the River they decided to fix the Dam but didnt tell anyone. Caused a huge fish kill verry upset. They expect to be done by the end of the month. Thank you for being great Guest hopefully We will see you again.

Get away gem
Really nice suite, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, two tv’s, excellent mini kitchen facilities. Quiet neighborhood with a couple of decent restaurants nearby. 10 minute drive to RISD and Brown. Loved it.

Quiet, clean, cute and great value!
This rental was very cute and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for being in city. The host was very hospitable - bottled water and some soda in the mini fridge, as well as a nice selection of coffee and tea. We even took advantage of doing a load of laundry. This rental is a superb value and we likely will stay again in the future.

So nice not to have to listen to hotel doors slamming and people talking in hotel hallways. Comfortable beds, a nice and quiet experience that we desired, and free coffee, water, and sodas was a bonus.

A hidden gem
This is a cozy apartment with so many extras provided. Not only tea and coffee but packets of lemon and sweeteners, e.g., plus bottles of water and lots of reading material. It was close to Brown University, Benefit Street, the Art museum at RISD, and the State Capitol building—a perfect place for our visit.

Felt at home in this 3 room apartment. Great place to come back to after day around Providence. Geri was very helpful and attentive to what we needed. You went above and beyond, Geri, surprising us with your gift for our anniversary. So very sweet of you. Was wonderful meeting you and your pup.

Comfotable, Clean, and Convenient
I spent three nights in this VRBO last week while visiting friends and attending a concert in the area and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of it. The space is private, quiet, spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and comfortable. Geri was friendly and eager to offer help if needed. Off-street parking is a plus. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it without hesitation.

Great stay!
This was a perfect spot for a quick business trip. The hosts were very personable and accommodating, and the place was very nice. I traveled without a car and found that it was easy/cheap to travel to and from Providence via Uber/Lyft. It was surprisingly inexpensive for the space, which is also situated along a very nice river. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice place with outstanding hosts
Nice little place in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean. It was perfect for this older couple. We were in town visiting family and friends and was a great little getaway to be on our own. Host was very helpful and friendly outstanding meet and greet and introduction to the property. Always asking if anything else was needed. Very happy they had WiFi, cable tv, Netflix, Hulu, and amazon services. If we return we will see if this property is available again.

Awesome experience
Unit was very clean, private, beautiful and well furnished. It was a cozy space, but definitely not cramped: perfect amount of space. A great selection of books as well as TV (amazon prime movie, Hulu, Netflix). Just a few minutes from the heart of Providence, and the hostess was incredibly helpful and sweet. Would definitely come back.
