- Newly remodeled beautiful house with large deep water lot, floating dock, high speed internet, Water toys. Unbelievable sunset view. Smart TV's with all streaming services. Close access to Dreher Island State park with 2 boat ramps. Well appointed kitchen. Gas grill on patio. Cornhole and darts. Excellent for families, fishing, fun. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This is not a handicap accessible house. Instacart from Publix Chapin. Fifteen minutes from Chapin restaurants. Perfect for USC- University of South Carolina visits or graduations. Great for fishing tournaments, eco tourism, boating, paddlebording, and kayaking. Fire pit with large seating area.
