Fantastic relaxing lakefront getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. The lakefront view was beautiful, calm and quiet. The home was great for my kids and in laws and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and plenty of outdoor equipment to enjoy on the lake. We’re already talking about a future stay.

Beautiful place

The house is beautiful. It is well equipped and very clean. The views are amazing. This was my favorite stay at Lake Murray so far and we come often. Thanks to the great hosts.

Beautiful and Relaxing Lake House

We stayed at this beautiful lake house for our daughter’s graduation from USC. Everything about the house and property was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and relaxing on the covered pier deck. The inside of the house was extremely clean and we had plenty of room for our group of seven. We would love to come back in the future for another stay.

This was a beautiful home for our family to share. The accommodations and amenities were excellent. So much to do at the lake and the house had everything we needed - even a stand mixer so we could bake! We had a bad storm on the third night so having a generator that kicked on when the power went out was fantastic. Our hist Jim was always quick to respond for any questions and property manager Ken was helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Lovely home with great views

This house is beautiful with all the things you needs for a great stay. Beautiful dock and fun swimming spot, perfect kitchen with lots of utensils and pots and pans and great bedrooms that had each private bathrooms. Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful home on Lake Murray with spectacular views!

Stayed here for a long weekend with family as we celebrated my daughter’s graduation from USC. House is beautiful and it was the perfect place to be in-between various graduation activities on campus.

Multi Family lake fun

The main level of the floor was amazing. Loved the updated kitchen and all cooking equipment was easy to find and well organized. The basement room was okay but needs some update with the electrical system. Loved the view of the lake.

Long Weekend Get Away

We enjoyed the property very much. We had a few minor issues and the host was very responsive. Beautiful view and location. Rented a boat one day and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water. Saw deer each morning and a beautiful sunset each evening. Had a great time.

A Terrific Summer Vacation!

A wonderful house on Lake Murray! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. The views of the Lake (both sunrise and sunset) are simply awesome! We were very impressed by how well-stocked the house was. We have stayed at many lake houses and right away we could tell that the Owners anticipated our every need! Jim and Vickie were a pleasure to deal with and quick to answer any questions. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with us. A wonderful time was had by all. Breath taking

Property was beautiful and very spacious. We had enough room for everyone and then some. Really enjoyed everything that was offered. When we walked in it was breath taking with the view out front and the house as well. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed fornour stay. The dock was a great place to sit and enjoy the view as well as fish. Thanks for letting us enjoy your little piece of Heaven on the water. The weather conditions were not the best for a few days of our stay but we were still able to enjoy venturing out to the zoo. Kitchen was amazing with the gas stove and cabinet space. We really had everything we needed in the kitchen as well. We for sure will be back to stay again!!

Home away from Home ! Spectacular!

We have had the opportunity and absolute pleasure of staying multiple times at this stunning property along with their beautiful neighboring property as well. We just can’t rave enough about the wonderful accommodations, the amazing views, there is not a single detail that hasn’t been anticipated by these thoughtful owners. We have stayed just the two of us and it was relaxing, peaceful and perfect! We also enjoyed our time with all aged kids, grandparents and family and it was spacious enough and yet we all had room to have privacy and quiet time when so desired. The bird watching, fish catching, deer sightings and nature over all was noticed by all capped off by beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Jim has gone above and beyond with being thoughtful, responsive and generous. We can’t wait to return to make more lifelong family memories! From our family to yours, thank you!

Absolutely perfect!

We rented this house for the Thanksgiving weekend and to stay through the Carolina- Clemson game. It was me and my older teens. This house was a perfect respite from the stress of the world and gave me such great bonding time with my kids. As mentioned in other reviews the house has literally everything you might need. I was able to make all of my tailgate food with no problem! We built fires in the fire pit, roasted s’mores, enjoyed the sunsets and more. I can’t recommend this house enough and it’s definitely the number one VRBO I’ve ever rented. It’s perfect for our family- the master is on the first floor and one bedroom is upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs. There is also a ramp to the main level from outside which was helpful with suitcases. I loved the open flow of the downstairs main room. Every appliance they have is top of the line. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy as well! Our friends rented the house next door so we enjoyed being able to hang out but also have space with our families. I also saw at least six deer roaming the property one morning. Just loved seeing that! My only question after leaving is if we should rent it again in the winter OR in the summer so we can fully enjoy the lake!

This was the perfect property to stay for my daughter’s wedding in Columbia. The house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable for relaxing each evening between wedding events. Host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Wonderful house with fantastic views of Lake Murray. Thia was the second time my friends and I have stayed here and we’ve loved the property and proximity to the lake. Very clean and well kept up. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out on the deck while the sun set over the lake. The dock is a big plus, though unfortunately we weren’t able to put my boat in the water due to the weather. Park on the driveway though. The only downside is that my truck became infested with ants from being parked aside the driveway to accommodate my boat trailer. Took me almost two weeks to get them all out. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.
