"Either Hotels.com Messed up or the Property management messed up. I tried to make a reservation to Comfort Inn. I received an Itinerary number. I called the Hotel a day or so later to verify and they did not have my reservation. So I booked another Hotel where my business partner had booked. Then I get a charge on my card for the room that was never booked."

"OK if a solo traveling night, because its easy access, clean, and decent price compared with city references. Very bad in terms of furniture (old and dirty), at least walls were clean and recently painted. Toilet slide-door useless."

"Called the hotel before I even left home to notify of later check in. Kept being placed on hold & finally gave up. Arrived, the guy & young lady neither seemed one bit concerned. Needed a luggage cart- ended up with laundry cart which worked out & I was thankful for since we had a lot of stuff. I did check the room for bed bugs, etc before checking in but as we stayed - I noticed things I’d missed on first glance. Pee stains on side of toilet, hairs in bathroom, stains on bathroom wall. I don’t want to know. I didn’t walk bare foot in our room & had I not been too tired to pack up all over- I’d have gone elsewhere. None of the outlets in dressing area worked. previous guest had leftover something in fridge & I later found something unidentified rottening inside the ice bucket. Beds appeared clean & slept comfortable tho I took my own pillow & blanket. Our balcony faced the pool- which was covered & closed despite it being April & 1000 degrees in Columbia. They also only change towels every 3 days unless you ask. They don’t provide enough towels for all that. Again- I brought my own bc my teen uses every towel that can be found every single time. Upon checkout, I did notify the manager & was able to have some money returned. Only gave 2 stars bc of the beds & otherwise decent room. Place has potential but needs new staff. Indian owned/operated also just fyi."

"Front desk upon check-in was nice. The young man was polite. The only thing he didn’t mention was the pool was not open or that they had permanently closed the bar. I booked this hotel for the all season pool & jacuzzi, yet they do not have a hot tub like the photos on the website show. The door to our room was extremely noisy but after a day or two we got use to it. The room itself was a good size with plenty of room. Went to bed the first night and the sheets were filthy. Looked like someone had oozed some type of bodily fluid under the pillows. Went to breakfast the following morning one hour and 20 minutes before it closed and there was virtually no food. I overheard a customer ask the lady if they would be bringing out more and as she’s slamming containers closed she snapped at her and said no there’s nothing more coming. At 8:30 and you stop breakfast at 10 and you gonna act like that and not bring out more food for the 20+ people we saw come in to try and eat. This same kitchen lady made it known to everyone there that her patience was being tried & she was sick of the place & cleaning up after everyone. When I got up to throw my trash away I had left my bagel/cream cheese on the table so I could grab water & she was already running over to my table complaining how people were messy & grabbed my wrapped bagel/cream cheese and threw it in the trash. When I told her I was coming back to get it that my hands were full she stated get another one. Won’t be back."
