"CALLING THIS PLACE IS A horrible experience"

"We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. "

"We are returning guests due to the greatness of this place! It’s convenient, it’s accommodating, our stay includes covered self parking, included buffets and drink vouchers. We will be back for sure as we are always in that area. "

"Overall it was fine though I kinda wished the staff would have allowed us to check in 10 minutes before actual check-in because we spent most of the day on the road. Property could probably use some upkeep in terms of looking nicer and probably another issue which isn't entirely their fault is to get into the actual hotel room. But outside of that everything was good. "

"The first room had a rat. The second room had a Giant Cockroach crawling around the bed. There's a leaking ceiling in the lobby need the breakfast. This hotel still owes me money a week later. Their now ignoring me so I'll contact Hilton directly. Avoid this location at ALL COST. GO TO THE BRAND NEW GARLAND LOCATION OR MEDICAL CITY LOCATION "

"Pet friendly. Couple things needed updating maintenance wise but clean and comfortable. Location was good."
