Beautiful and very spacious property with swimming pool in a quiet location in Razvode.



Surrounded by fields, forests and mountains, this beautiful property welcomes you with many amenities. The beautiful buildings welcome you with a comfortable and modern interior. Arrive and feel at home straight away. In addition to the beautiful bedrooms, you can enjoy socialising in the communal areas, playing billiards and drinking wine. The beautifully landscaped garden welcomes you with a lovely swimming pool and whirlpool, inviting you to relax and take a dip. While your children play in the private playground, you can work out in the fitness area. In the evenings, you can experience the cosy and beautiful flair of the garden and enjoy the company of your family over a barbecue dinner.



Visit the Krka National Park with its marvellous and enchanting waterfalls and walk along the paths and watch fish, eels and frogs in the water. On your way to Ibenik, you can make a stopover in the town of Skradin, not far from the village near the island of Stipanac. According to legend, you can admire the remains of the flooded city of "Gavan's Palace" in the lake. On the beaches around ibenik you can enjoy the refreshing water, dive into the water and explore the underwater world while snorkelling.

Wir sind in einer Freundesgruppe von 12 Personen angereist und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub bei Tosic Estate. Die sehr schön hergerichtete, wirklich riesige Unterkunft (Zwei große Häuser, ein kleines Haus, ein Saunahaus und sehr vie Freifläche) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet (Küchen, Wohnbereiche, Sanitär etc.), sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber selbst ist äußerst zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Neben der tollen Unterkunft hatten wir mit ihm auch noch zwei Weintastings im eigenen Weinkeller, welche uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen haben. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft.
