Nice, small locally owned hotel. Staff was helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Joanni and Mario stood out for excellent service.

This is a very nice property well located a block from the main plaza with plenty of good restaurants (fine dining to hole-in-the-wall) as well as shopping nearby. The property is stunning--an old mansion. The courtyard where breakfast is served is beautifully landscaped. Everything is well decorated and well kept. Our suite was very spacious. Lots of the extras you often get at a boutique hotel like this. The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. On days we had to leave before breakfast they had coffee, juice and a box lunch for us to take. We also had towels, caps, and bug spray to take on our tours. We booked our own tours, but they can do that too. The restaurant and bar look very nice and the outside space was very busy every day. Lovely place. If we return to Merida, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

El lugar está lejos de todo. 20 mins dentro de la selva. El camino no está marcado todavía en Google maps y es angosto. Pero el hotel está muy bonito, el staff super amable y buenas instalaciones. El restaurante estaba bueno a secas. Nos tocó prácticamente para nosotros, había muy pocas habitaciones ocupadas.

Beautiful well decorated, large, modern rooms. Service was exceptional
