This incredible penthouse apartment spans the entire second floor of a holiday home built in 2021 that consists of 5 units in total. Modern fixtures, underfloor heating, a fireplace, and high-quality furnishings with an eye for detail ensure a truly relaxing stay.<br>The approximately 200 m² apartment, including the terrace, offers an incredible view of the ocean and gives you the feeling of being surrounded by water. On the other side, you can see the mountains—it feels just like Cape Town!<br><br>This non-smoking apartment features three bedrooms. The master bedroom opens onto a large, open-concept bathroom and a walk-in closet. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom of approximately 12 square metres with a bidet, toilet, and shower. Cosy lounge chairs and a gas grill invite you to spend the day and evening on the terrace. To cool off, you can use the shared pool, which is available to all guests. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen—which includes a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, bread slicer, coffee maker, Thermomix, dishwasher, raclette grill, and a private grill, among other amenities—the holiday rental is equipped with 4 Smart TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). A washing machine and dryer are, of course, provided.<br>The underfloor heating and the fireplace in the living room promise a cosy and relaxing holiday even during the off-season. The pool is heated during the off-season (28–30°). Internet is, of course, free. The spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and chairs and pleasantly shaded, charmingly invites you to unwind and relax.
