Fantastic for Large Groups!

We hosted a large gathering of friends for our annual trip and had an excellent experience. The home was spotless, spacious, and comfortably fit our entire group. The amenities—especially the private pool, hot tub, and game room—made it easy to relax and have fun together. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels and how well-equipped the house was for hosting. Highly recommend for groups or families looking for a clean, well-appointed space in the mountains.

Halloween Stay

Extended family getaway

Fun few days with our extended family of 13. Comfy beds for everyone with spaces to gather and spread out. We really enjoyed the pool area of this well maintained property which was exactly as described and pictured.

Great property for friend reunion

We had a get together with friends and their kids and this place was perfect. The pool and pool house and house are amazing. The kids and adults loved the pool and the space and and amenities in the house were great. Would definitely recommend this house to someone looking to get away for a fun weekend in the woods.

Long weekend 5 days

House and pool were very nice. For the price I expect a house that sleeps 16 to have more than 10 forks, we were 11 guests. The couches were very uncomfortable and the blinds were dusty. The one bedroom upstairs leaked when it rained and the next days there were small black bugs on the walls and in the bed. All of which we cleaned. We also replaced the filter on the refrigerator, the message read 99+ days passed due for changing. The owner of the property did come by to attend to the pool after the rain and there was a dead mouse and some dead frogs floating. My daughter in law told him about the leak and bugs.

Trivial Complaints - Would Return!

Overall our stay was fantastic and the space was perfect for our group. We would 100% go back after a few trivial issues were addressed. Our group was 3 families in total with children ages ranging from 1-7 years old.Cons:-Cleaning crew did a poor job overall--Large piece of leftover fish in the dishwasher when we arrived that made half the house smell horrible--Utensils were not clean with food still caked on--Cups still having mouth smudges and lipstick around the rims--Hand prints and smudges on windows*Again these are trivial complaints that were inconveniences with minimal impact to our overall satisfaction. However they are things that we did not expect we would have to deal with.-Upstairs bedrooms had tons (50) flies alive and dead throughout the rooms and bathrooms. Not sure if a window was left open but this unsettling and annoying to clean/kill all the flies-Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs master did not work-HVAC in the upstairs did not work-Outside grill was old/dirty/un-useable-Board games missing piecesPros-Kid friendly with enough space for each family to have their own section of the house-The kids loved the playroom and running around the large yard -We utilized the hot tub almost every night which was nice in the cold weather-Pool house was perfect for the adults after kids went to bed-Towel, mattress, pillow, blanket quality was the among the best we've ever used-Firepit WITH wood-Smart TVs-Secluded-Customer service 5 stars

Wonderful property

We thought the cabin was wonderful and met our group needs well. We had to book this property last minute because of a cancellation initiated by VRBO due to a safety issue at our original booking. It was farther away from Sight and Sound than we would have liked but we were so grateful that everything worked out. We would all go back again.

Fun for large group

Fantastic place. We were 5 families - 10 adults and 7 kids from 9months-7 yrs. Plenty of bedrooms, beautiful, fully stocked kitchen the toy room is perfect for little ones as only one way in and out and totally safe. Great hot tub. Highly recommend. We were ready to book it again for summer (so that we could use the pool) but was booked the week we needed.
