- Comfortable basement apartment with private entrance and convenient self-check-in via the keypad entry. Fully equipped kitchen to cook meals. Flat screen smart fire T.V. Quiet residential neighborhood located close to Cornell, Airport, Ithaca College, restaurants, and downtown. Parking space for one vehicle in the driveway. TCAT bus stops one block from house. Note: The apartment is located on the basement level, so it keeps cool in the summer months, and there are 2 standing fans in the apartment for use if needed.
