From the very beginning, we were impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and helpful the staff were in every situation. Breakfast was included each morning, and it truly exceeded our expectations—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. We also loved spending time on the outdoor patio, which had a warm and relaxing vacation atmosphere right in the heart of Prishtina.
