Great stay

The area is lovely, with a nice view over the fields. Really nice pool area! Room was spacious with big Windows and a little patio. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Wifi could be improved. They stated that they had freshly squeezed orange juice at the breakfast but they only had it 1 out of 4 mornings we spent there.

An excellent hotel staff treatment from arriving to check out The hotel is in a peaceful quiet area where you can relax after a flight or a journey since it's near pristina airport also breakfast was very good served in or outdoor in a very nice nature. The only thing I disliked having small bugs or insects in the room 😒

I stayed at Hotel Gracanica with some family and friends, leading up to, and including the night of my wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and supportive leading up our big day - to the extent that it felt they were celebrating the occasion with us! This, combined with pristine facilities, scenic views, and nice food / drinks - created a home from home experience - great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

Great with room to improve

Nice hotel, noce staff and nice food. Pool was a little dirty and some kids were very noicy', all the equipment in the gym was broken - that being said, it was a very nice and positive experience.

We stayed for two nights in a big first floor room in September on a rental car tour. Room, bath and breakfast was very good. The garden and pool area is very nice. Dinner was OK and service good. However, a bit unusual for us was that staff had occupied the best table on the terrace from morning until evening. Looked in part like a family with 2 or 3 dogs lingering around. The monastery is well worth a visit. Try the coffee machine😀

Lovely hotel, the most enjoyable from all the hotels I have been in Kosovo. I liked the concept of the hotel, which promote tolerance between the different religions and ethnic groups of Kosovo. Rooms are simple, a bit spartan, poor on amenities, but very large and comfortable bed. The staff is nice and friendly and food is nice too. Nice swimming pool and beautiful view. One thing that MUST be change (and I regret I forgot to tell it to the people who run the place) is the soap in the shower. It is horrible. I have no idea where they get it, but from around the 1,000 hotels I have stayed in my life so far, this is by far the worst body soap I have ever seen.

Ein Haus mit einem sehr überzeugenden Konzept.

Super fin service - Store værelser med balkon -lidt sparsomt møbleret, men med det fornødne. Køleskab og kaffe/te. Rimelig morgenmad - godt brød og god kaffe, friskpresset juice. God meny og veltilberedt - meget rimelige priser.

Helt fantastisk service, men jeg var jo den eneste gjesten. Jeg fikk alt akkurat sånn som jeg ville ha det. Det var også veldig hyggelig å snakke med personalet. Området var stille. Jeg hadde en flott utsikt mot fjell. Stedet er et fint utgangspunkt for turer med bil til blant annet Skopje, Prizren, Pristina og andre steder. Jeg fikk først er rom der jeg bare så rett inn i en hvit vegg. Gardinene dekket ikke vinduene helt og det var på bakkeplan og sånn at hvem som helst kunne komme og kikke inn. Neste dag fikk jeg tilsvarende rom, men en etasje over, med balkong og utsikt. Også her var det innsyn fra ei utvendig trapp, men gardinene dekket i hvert fall. Når jeg var den eneste gjesten, forstår jeg ikke hvorfor jeg ikke kunne fått dette rommet først som sist.

Schitterend hotel (wordt veel gebruikt als trouwlocatie door Albanezen) en voelt door zijn ruime opzet toch prettig aan. De zwitserse eigenaar maakt het makkelijk om even snel iets in het duits te vragen, hoewel de anderen gewoon engels spreken. Aanrader voor iemand die een uitstapje naar Pritsina (7km) wil maken.

My mom was staying here.She was more than satisfy with the staff as well as with the type of accomodation. The room was super clean and close to the center of Gracanica.It's also a short drive to Prishtina.
