"Edona worked the front desk and gave me their best room from April of this year. This was my third visit to Priština and I remain loyal to such a gem of a hotel. Viollca at housekeeping greeted me and asked if I was satisfied. Of course I thanked her for great service and look forward to my next stay in the heart of Priština.
