I’d give it five stars but I don’t understand the lack of shower doors or curtains. Save water yards yada yada but it just causes water to get all over and I request fresh towels. Really the shower water gets on the toilet seat, it gets on the TP. Otherwise, super location, staff, and a good breakfast with super servers.

Great location and wonderful staff.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Emery Hotel in Pristina. I thought the location was quite good with a lot of amenities nearby. Loads of eateries and a great pedestrian street to explore. I do want to mention one of the staff who went above and beyond to help make my stay a great one. Arlinda Veseli who works the front desk was fantastic. She was able to answer any question that I had. Some of the places that I wanted to go visit were a bit too far to walk and she was great in arranging a driver for me. My trip was definitely better because of her help.

There were mosquitoes in my small room. Not good sleep at night. I told the hotel manager about it. Secondly taxi can’t come to the hotel as roads are blocked. But the hotel is situated in downtown so that is the plus side.

I loved the location, and the coffee shop. I liked all the storage too. The view is fantastic! The thermostat worked well. I did not like that the shower didn’t have a door. So water gets all over everything. I used the rain fixture and you can’t help but get water on everything. I think this causes the blackness (mildew??) of the carpet near the bathroom door. The room (premium double? 206) was really tight. I’d hate to see two people navigate this room. The desk chair is useless because you can’t sit in it. It can’t be backed up to sit in. I think amenities would have been nice. I forgot toothpaste and thought there’d be a small tube, but there is nothing. The soap/shampoo is in a dispenser in the shower. Good luck keeping water from getting all over! The TV needs to have the available channels listed. Almost all were scrambled.

Super godt hotel

Super godt hotel i centrum. God seng, stille, mørklægning og god temperatur. Deres morgenmadsbuffet er desuden rigtig fin. Der er mange muligheder som anrettes i små portioner, så der fyldes op med frisk med jævnligt og uden der går en masse til spilde. Rigtig fine spa faciliteter og venligt staff
