This is a beautiful resort and we are happy with our stay. Our hats off to Vincent (concierge), Raquel and Crishma (front desk), and John (maintenance). We are profoundly grateful for their exceptionally welcoming attitude and quick response. Club Wyndham Bali Hai is now our favorite place to stay in Kauai!
