I mentioned to him that both my friend and I stayed at the hotel and we both had the same treatment at separate times from this check in woman the night before. I was told they just got in a new system that they were getting used to, but this was not a welcoming experience at all. "

"Crowne Plaza is run down and not very clean. We had to move rooms because the first room we entered was dirty and the 2nd room was not much better. The hotel overall is not kept up. Staff was friendly and quickly gave us a 2nd room without hesitation. "
