"My son lives in The Witmer, and this is where I always stay when I visit. This was the WORST experience ever. I booked a King bed, on an upper floor the previous week, and paid in Full. I was unable to pre check-in on the Ap so I called, and called, and called. No one picked up the phone. When I arrived at 9:00 pm, they had given my room away. The woman at the Front Desk was extremely RUDE to me and said they were sold out. After a very long wait, I was given a Handicapped Room on the 3rd floor. The room was horrible and the AC was not working properly. My son and his wife were upset for me. "

"It honestly felt like we were at a resort. The stay was beautiful with plenty to do, and the atmosphere was amazing. The bar being open until midnight was a nice touch, and breakfast being included made it even better. The elevators were new, the floors were quiet, and everything felt peaceful. Garage parking was reasonable ($25) with in and out. This is definitely going to be our go-to spot for a relaxing staycation night. Please don't mess it up. "

"Stayed at the AC Marriott in Arlington and really enjoyed it. The service was excellent—friendly and helpful staff from check-in to checkout. The room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel near DC, and everything was spotless. The location is a huge plus: just minutes from DC without the crazy downtown prices. Perfect if you want easy access to the city but a clean, quiet place to sleep. Would definitely stay again."

"Did not go to breakfast. Reception people not very friendly or helpful. They were not familiar with metro or buses or Georgetown. I have traveled extensively but had to ask for help to turn on lights in the room. Lamp switches very hard to find. Very modern rooms so the light situation….room not tidied the second day but had enough towels but needed more coffee pods. Bar was nice and adjacent dining room outside had had trivia night. A bit far away from downtown and sights. Discription of hotel location could have been better. "

The DND card was also missing, and although we requested a replacement, it was never provided. Additionally, the parking entrance panel and reservation page both list the rate as $33 for 24 hours, but I was charged $38.10 instead."

"The location is amazing. Walk out the door and you pass so many great restaurants and shops before ending up at the beautiful Potomac River area. The staff are very helpful and friendly."
