"The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful view - the hosts are really kind & helpful, they even brought over a dessert for us on our first evening, which was delicious! The villa is in a fab location, you can do trips to Zadar, Split, Trogir, Šibenik & KRKA National Park so easily from here - and the local town of Primošten is a true gem with stunning beaches on offer. " The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating. To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, the customer service could definitely be improved. Not having water during a shower is not something you expect—especially while on holiday. "
