"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. "The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "Outstanding on All Levels!! Mr Pagano greeted us numerous times a day and the staff at the front desk were always friendly and polite and helpful, guillia and Daniela thank you again for everything. The restaurant staff were attentive and a delight to interact with! Thanks Marco and Marco again for everything you did for us! Silvia in the kitchen in the morning and afternoon was just a fabulous cook and she made me 4 special dishes believe me I felt like a King. Salvatore did everything for us regardless of what we asked for he delivered. We were sad to leave believe me. To my new and dear amici, a heartfelt thanks and till the next time be well ❤️"
