"Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! "Wir haben im Borgo Bevagna 14 Tage Urlaub gemacht in der großen Familien-Suite. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen mehrere andere Gäste für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf Rundreise. Die Suite war geräumig mit 3 Badezimmern und 2 Außenduschen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. "This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."
