It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money. The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto bene. Personale tutto molto gentile e disponibile. Cibo eccellente, ricco, vario e abbondante. Letti comodi e puliti così come la biancheria, manca solo il set di cortesia (saponi/bagnoschiuma e shampoo) che però noi portiamo sempre dietro. Connessione wifi perfetta. Posizione centralissima, nel cuore del paese. Vicinanza e facilità di accesso a tutto (funivia, corriere, negozi, ...). Ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Purtroppo organizzazione approssimativa, poca professionalità. Orari delle cene spostate di giorno in giorno, il buffet appena sufficiente, spesso il cibo era freddo, a volte anche di poca qualità. La camera era dotata di una doccia piccolissima, passavano con l'aspirapolvere alle 06:30 del mattino.

Leggendo le precedenti recensioni non sapevo cosa aspettarmi, ma devo dire invece che siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Si la struttura e’un po attempata ma e’pulita e curata. Il personale tutto gentilissimo e disponibile, la colazione varia e buona, la cena ugualmente sempre diversa, per il prezzo va benissimo, disponibili a variabili per bambini. Posizione ottima sia per spostamenti verso i vari trekking sia per passeggiate serali. Non abbiamo mai spostato la macchina . Di fronte c’e’ un rent a bike convenzionato comodissimo. San Martino e’ fantastica❤️

Prezzo adeguato ai servizi offerti. Struttura retrò ma in posizione centrale e vicina alla fermata dello skibus. Bagno angusto. Suggerirei di far accendere gli aspiratori in cucina per far sì che l’odore di cucinato non si diffonda per i corridoi della struttura. Nonostante il personale cordiale e disponibile non ci tornerei.

Hotel datato il bagno delle camere è totalmente da rifare (piastrelle rotte, tavoletta del water rotta, scarico dello sciacquone inguardabile. Arredi oramai vetusti e al limite della vivibilità. Non parliamo della cena dai due volti. La cena di Sabato perché pieno di turisti direi buona e abbondante con un buffet di antipasti d veramente impressionante. Mentre la cena della domenica sera hotel riempito di scolaresche, praticamente una miseria una miniporzione di lasagna e buffet inesistente ci dicono che è il menù studenti, trattati come scolaresca anziché come turisti. Stessa cosa con la colazione domenica mattina ancora piena di turisti buon buffet buono e abbondante. Lunedì buffet inesistente stessa motivazione. Quindi si consiglia di evitarlo soprattutto dal lunedì al venerdì. Nota positiva l’animazione

Personale veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Sia la cena che la colazione sono state ottime, il problema è stato l’organizzazione che c’era (anzi che non c’era). Si erano dimenticati di preparare altri 2 posti letto…e la pulizia non era fatta benissimo. Mi ha dato l’impressione di essere in “lavori in corso”…Mancavano degli stipiti alla porta del bagno e il box doccia era così piccolo che per lavarmi ho avuto difficoltà

Hotel datato ma se si va senza tante pretese alla fine non e’ male..per il prezzo pagato, per la posizione centralissima e i servizi offerti mi ritengo più che soddisfatta. Il personale gentilissimo ha cercato in tutti i modi di venir incontro ai piccoli inconvenienti soddisfando le varie richieste. Un particolare ringraziamento al personale della reception per la disponibilità e la cortesia.

La struttura ha bisogno di una totale ristrutturazione. Le camere sono piccole, vecchie, con tantissime parti da sistemare, ma la vista dal calcone è a dir poco fantastica. Il personale è disponibile e cortese, il cibo buono, anche se il buffet non mi entusiasma come formula. Se venisse sistemato potrebbe essere un gran bell'albergo, e la posizione centrale è un gran punto a favore.

Purtroppo dobbiamo dare un giudizio negativo anche se quel poco di personale che lavorava si è sempre comportsto in modo gentile e disponibile. Ma questo hotel ha delle gravi lacune. Abbiamo preso mezza pensione e per cena ci hanno portato un mezzo piatto di zuppa di sedano, il secondo era una coscia di pollo e tre patatine fritte. Stop. A colazione siamo scesi alle 9 ( colazione fino alle 9.30) e non era rimasto NIENTE. Solo lo yogurt. Sembrava il film : Hotel da incubo.

Hotel da incubo

Arrivati alle 16:15 la camera non era pronta ,consegnata la camera alle 16:50. Nella reception c’erano moltissimi bambini che facevano molto rumore. Questo hotel fa alloggiare bambini dalle parrocchie per varie gite. Volevamo con mia moglie uno stacco nella natura invece per i bambini tutte le notti non abbiamo dormito per i rumori. L’acqua calda era quasi sempre assente perché il boiler ha dell’acqua calda limitata e chi prima si fa la doccia nel piano quello avrà l’acqua calda. Qualità del cibo sia a colazione che a cena molto scadente. Dopo la prima notte andavano così male le cose che volevamo andare via (ma l’hotel non ci ha voluto rimborsare le altre 2 notti per cui siamo dovuti rimanere). Organizzazione stagliata ,clienti insoddisfatti che urlano allo staff, tutto riassumendo un incubo. In caso questo era la cena ,la frittura era talmente scadente che siamo stati male tutta la notte con mia moglie e non aveva sapore.

Als wir ankamen und das Hotel von außen sahen, waren wir etwas erschrocken, es wirkt etwas heruntergekommen. Ließen uns davon allerdings nicht abschrecken. Der Empfangsbereich war sehr geräumig und einladend. Mit dem Personal konnten wir uns halbwegs gut mit unserem gebrochenen Englisch unterhalten. Als uns das Zimmer übergeben wurde, waren wir wieder etwas enttäuscht. Auf den Bildern der Plattform erschien alles etwas gehobener und ordentlicher. Wahrscheinlich wurden Fotos von vor ca 10 Jahren gewählt. An der Sauberkeit konnten wir nichts aussetzen, täglich wurde alles gewissenhaft geputzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr rar ausgefallen, es gab an herzhaften lediglich eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Schinken. Dafür war für uns das Abendbrotbuffet sehr ansprechend. Täglich gab es mehrere warme Gerichte zur Auswahl, wo wir auch nichts zu meckern hatten. Uns ist bewusst dass der italienische Standart nicht dem deutschen gleicht, wir sind allerdings besseres für die Sterneanzahl gewohnt.

La struttura dell'hotel è anni 80 se non prima, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione profonda, ma nel complesso visto il prezzo pagato, non potevo chiedere di più, personale cordiale e cibo buono al buffet, posizione centrale e comodo a tutto, se non si ha pretese, io lo consiglierei.
