The Polka Dot Cottage: A cute 1950's vibe

A newly updated upstairs apartment, with 50's Polka Dot theme. It is so homey and fun, is what our guests have all said. Just the right space for you alone or a large group of 8. Additional guest charge is just $30 per guest, over the first 4.
Snacks, bottled water, internet, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, board games and Disney+, all await you in this cute little get away. You can kick back and have a fun time, watching movies on a 55-inch ROKU TV. Or you can take the day out sightseeing the beautiful mountainous and desert scenery that surround you.
Within 20 minutes in all directions from this home, you will find beautiful scenery and hiking trails. Enjoy the beautiful Price Canyon, or the beautiful 9-mile canyon.
This home is Just 12 minutes away from Downtown Helper City, a magical step back in time. a must see while you are here.
There is a water park, a huge playground and even a free arcade for children in Price City, literally five to 10 minutes away. My grandkids love these things here. There is a site book, on the counter, with some of the popular sites, listed inside.
This home is bright and cheery, with lots of color. There is a full kitchen, with white cabinets and a fun Polka Dotted counter height table, and an "in cabinet", pull out cutting board, just like grandma used to have. There is a fully stocked pan pantry, so that you can cook anything that you would like. There is a Stove with oven, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser) and freezer, and we love the farm style sink with disposal.
There are plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups and eating utensils. There is a coffee pot and coffee, and a teapot for making your favorite kind of tea. All the amenities of home. We have thought of everything, Here at The Polka Dot Cottage.
This is a 2-bedroom space.
Bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed, A nighttime side table on both sides of the bed, a Polka Dot dresser, large closet and dressing chair.
Bedroom #2 has one set of bunkbeds with twin sized mattresses. and one Full sized bed, a nighttime bedside table, two closets (one for folded garments and one for hanging garments), and a cute polka dot inspired rocking chair.
Bathroom has both tub and shower, a toilet and a sink, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Add your pet to your booking, and for a small cleaning fee. Each pet does need approval from host. There will be treats, a water dish and food dish for them.
You have access to the full top floor of the home. The foyer in back is a shared entrance, with other guests. The yard is a shared space with other guests, and the owner. There is a grill for grilling, and you are welcome to do so. The owner does come for yard work and home improvement projects, from time to time, and it is fun for us to meet you, when we do. *Side note* Please do not leave children or pets unattended in the yard.
Home is Located on Highway 10, there is traffic on this road. There are some neighbors with farms also. The backyard is very secluded.
There is plenty of parking at this property for RV's and smaller vehicles. We do ask that you please do not park in front of the dirt road in the backyard, as it leads to a roundabout, for you and other guests to exit the driveway.
We do not allow smoking, but there is a smoking station, for this.
The basement of this home is a 1-bedroom Apartment. If you would like access to both apartments, please inquire for more details. If you would like both apartments for future gatherings, please inquire, with the host. Many people book both spaces, with family and friends
Events are allowed, and friends and family can come to visit. Please let us know, beforehand, so that we can accommodate you, to the best of our ability.
