Podgradina: House "Lugema", renovated in 2022, surrounded by trees. 14 km from the centre of Trogir, 14 km from the sea, 14 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 400 m2, swimming pool heated (20 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Hot tub, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 8 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 9 km, bus stop "Labin 1" 700 m, pebble beach 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 13 km from the property.

Renovated in 2022: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Entrance hall with air conditioning. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 36 m2 partly roofed, terrace 52 m2. Deck chairs (5). View of the forest. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.

Ich würde das Haus wirklich jedem empfehlen es ist so schön und sauber. Super für Familien mit und ohne Kindern. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr lieber und netter Mensch. Jeder Zeit wieder :)
