Kind of mixed feelings about "Dimitra".
To begin with, the site is perfect for quiet, family vacations.
Dimitra is as you see it at the photos : very near the beach ,simple, clean ,comfortable hotel with a small pool and great view to the sea.
My main complain is that for the first 24 hours we didn't have warm water.When asked about it at 1st we were told "it's coming !" and next day: "you are the only one to complain about that" when we knew that the 3 other appartments we asked , they had the same problem !
Food is ok. We had the HB version but I suggest you to buy just breakfast or nothing at all.
To finish, PARENTS BECAREFUL :the protective rail at the balcony is really low , the 20" that we were not watching our 3 year old boy we had passed his right leg over it , ready to pass the other one also !

Nice view and peaceful place on the beach
It was relaxing holiday. Hotel is on a beach 2 km long with own place on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. They have parking garage and Restoran. Room was very big with spactacular balcony with direct view on Ionian sea. We enjoyed. The village is very small and without any entertainment so if you want peacefully holiday this is really nice choice.

Hübsches Hotel unmittelbar am Strand
Zimmer einfach mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Strand am Hotel ohne Strasse dazwischen. Pool sehr schön. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick, mittags/abends frischen Fisch, gutes Hähnchenschnitzel, frischer Obstteller empfehlenswert, einfaches Frühstück. Hotel wird von der Familie betrieben, sehr nett, englischsprachig.
Zimmer einfach und zweckmäßig, Handtuchwechsel täglich, Bettwäsche 2 mal pro Woche.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, super friendly staff. Perfect location, probably the best location in the whole village. very good food. If you want to see more than the little village so is the smartest and cheapest way already at the airport rent a car as there are no buses or other public transport to get from the village. Is much to see but a bit hard without a car. Best is to rent a car at the airport when it costs about 45 euros / day + milfree ink. insurance which is cheaper than a taxi when it cost 55 euros to just get to the hotel so had we known better, we had rented at the airport already. I would absolutely go there again.

Top Lage, Sehr schòne Aussicht auf das Meer
Ich fand den Aufenthalt sehr schòn, vor allem die Aussicht auf das Meer sehr beruhigend. Das Personal und der Chef haben sich meiner ständig angenommen. Das Frühstücksbùffet war sehr reichlich obwohl Nebensaison. Zum Strand kommt man in ein paar Schritten. Er bietet beides, sowohl Sandstrand als auch Kieselstrand. Den Pool konnte ich leider nicht benutzen, da noch kein Wasser drin war. Bei meiner nächsten Reise werde ich auf jedenfall wieder dieses Hotel auswählen!
