Vacation House "Al Vicolo della Colonna", in the historic center of Presicce

"Al Vicolo della Colonna" Holiday Home, located in the heart of the historic centre of Presicce, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, in the Salento region. Thanks to its strategic location, Presicce offers the opportunity to enjoy a holiday both by the sea and inland. In fact, the town is 9 km from the most beautiful beaches in southern Salento (Lido Marini, Torre San Giovanni, Le Maldive del Salento) and is also bordered by State Highway 275, the highway that takes you to Gallipoli in 25 minutes, to Lecce in 40 minutes, and to Leuca in 10 minutes. The house has just been renovated and is part of a traditional Salento courtyard home. You’ll stay in a bedroom and kitchen featuring an antique fireplace and exposed star-shaped and barrel vaults, along with a small bathroom elegantly renovated using the moldable plaster technique. The space is kept cool by two air conditioners and features many windows with mosquito screens, allowing you to enjoy the evening breeze. Since it’s located in the historic centre, you’ll have access to countless amenities, including pubs, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and you can enjoy many events organised by the city. Parking is always available 100 metres from the house, or you can use a spot 200 metres away—a parking area next to the Carabinieri station, equipped with video surveillance—to safely park your car. If you’re arriving by train or plane, I can pick you up at the station or airport. The municipality operates daily shuttle buses to the beach; the stop is 300 metres from the holiday home.
