"This place was very clean and well maintained. The couch was comfortable with two reclining seats. The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There were a lot of nice extras as well. A variety of cold drinks in Frig and a selection of snacks! This place is in a great location close to everything, on a quiet street. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place. I look forward to staying here again!"

"This house was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the front patio was perfect for relaxing outdoors. While we didn’t use the backyard space, it looked like a great spot to chill too. The location was fantastic to get to the downtown area for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. the neighborhood was clean and there was very little traffic on the street. Will stay again if we can."

"This was our first stay in Jerome and we absolutely loved this house. The history of the house alongside all the antiques was like stepping back in time. Walking into town was 5 min and super convenient. The view is the best in town and it’s very private and peaceful. The road to the house is gravel and bumpy not great for low rise cars but easy. Highly recommend"

"Three couples stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed Prescott. The view was awesome, and the different venues on the property offered full access of the views. This property enhanced our Prescott stay! The only downside was that there were only 2 and 1/2 baths, but workable."

"Great house, very clean, quiet neighborhood, clise to Old Town shops and restaurants. I would highly encourage anyone to stay at the Ford House, you will definitely enjoy theis great house. Hosts also live close by and are ready to help and are very friendly. I would stay here again, or stay at any other properties the Hosts own."

"Was a perfect location for my visit. I could see the roof top of my 94 year old friend's home. The casita was wonderful and it seems there was a lot of thought in the supplies that might be needed. I only have a couple suggestions, since I am only 5'3" I could not reach the laundry supplies nor the kitchen blinds. Maybe store the laundry supplies under the sink and add a pull strap to the kitchen blinds. Other than those two things I absolutely loved it."

"Plenty of room with an abundance of outdoor space. Very convenient to downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row/Courthouse. 10-15 min walk and halfway is a fantastic microbrewery & gastropub (LazyG Brewhouse). Also, a quick drive to the National Forest and lakes for hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking. The house has a lot of character and charm. Overall, a good deal. Hope to return for next year's Whiskey Off Road MTB Race."

"What a great historic hotel! Highly recommend. You can walk to everything Prescott has to offer. Parking was great. The staff was phenomenally. The room had a modern but historic feel to it. Be sure to take the old elevator at least once. The bed was so comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby and water whenever you needed it. "
