Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott

This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum, Thumb butte, Watson lake and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona

This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. Additionally, there is Internet with Wifi, Cable TV, fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave and gas stove over oven.

Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for 2 couples looking to escape the heat and was within walking distance to all the main attractions. The home was clean, Todd was responsive, and my husband greatly appreciated the numerous electrical outlets throughout the home. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Cute Historic House Near the Courthouse

This was our second time staying at the Rose House over the 4th of July weekend, and we really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, the home is clean, and it offers enough space for two small families. While the main house is small with only one bedroom due to its historic charm, the guesthouse provides additional room and flexibility. We definitely recommend this property. Just a note, the house is situated on a steep hill, which may be a challenge for some, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Great Christmas Get away

This is the 4th time we stayed in December. Excellent house and guesthouse, only a couple of blocks from Courthouse Square. Very comfortable, and large dining room table where everyone can eat together. Nice oven and range for cooking. Lots of chairs, every one has a place to sit.

This is a great house! With the guest house attached! Clean, cute and a stones throw from the downtown square! The neighborhood is quiet which was great after long days at a soccer tournament! We would absolutely stay here again!

Main house and guest house suited our adult family group well. The 20somethings slept on the sofa beds and loft. Perfect location for easy walk to the square. Driveway parking was also nice and convenient. Great communication with manager. Would stay again.

Short get away

This house was perfect for our needs. My retired husband and I stayed in the main house and our adult son, wife, and two dogs stayed in the guest house. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the proximity to downtown for our dinners, or ice cream. We enjoyed the shaded patio and the fenced yard for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

So close to so much

The location of this house is great, we were able to walk most of the time we stayed here. Off street parking was a bonus as events downtown filled up the street parking. The two separate spaces on this property would work out great for two couples traveling together, that want their own space. Todd was a very responsive host.

The location was good and close to the historical district. The homes provided comfortable beds, cleanliness, plenty of towels and good temperature control. The one thing that could use improvement is maybe some curtains or blinds in the kitchen to provide some privacy, especially at night.

Great stay for Holiday Season

This was the third year we have stayed here. The location is perfect, only a couple of blocks from Courthouse Square. House and Carriage house was the perfect layout for us, and there is a large dining room table for family meals or game nights. Check-in is easy. The communication has always been great with Todd, he always checks in to make sure everything is OK. Super comfortable, I always have had a great stay here.

Cozy and quaint

We were in Prescott for the Whiskey mountain bike race. My son and husband raced. The two cottages were perfect size for my family. Had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable. This is an old house so it isn’t perfect but very charming. Loved all the windows that brought in a lot of light. There is a fence around the property so we could let our dog be free outside. And it was the perfect location for us. Just two blocks from the town square and the steep hill back to the house didn’t kill us. Looking forward to next year’s race and renting this place again. Host was great and responsive when needed. Definitely recommend.

Nice property and location.

The first day the neighbor decided he wanted to jack hammer his patio for a few hours. Um thanks. But after his renovation was done (before lunch), the stay was great. Nice Property: historic home but nicely updated in that quirky retro-modern way that works nicely. It has a nice little main house/guest house with small courtyard, that works nicely. Loved the location, property manager was responsive, it was a great mid-week getaway. Only downside was the beds are firm (with plush pillow tops), which is a bit hard for side sleeper (would be great for back/tummy sleepers). Couch was comfy. It could sleep 10 with the couches pulled out. I would totally rent this again.

New Favorite Place in Prescott

We could not have asked for a more perfect spot! The house was the perfect mix of historic Prescott vibes and an upgraded modern feel. The main one bedroom house and separate guest suite made the two couples feel like they each had their own space and the nicely laid out courtyard space was used every morning for coffee and throughout the day to sit and enjoy the weather. Our dog loved the corner location so he could patrol the yard from all sides. The guest suite was a great size with everything we needed. My husband and I didn’t even feel like we got the short end of the stick giving up the main house to the other couple in our group. With everything the house had to offer and the short walk to the court house square, this will definitely be the first place we check for our next trip to Prescott!
