  • I’ve had this home listed on VRBO for a few weeks and haven’t had any bookings from the platform! Meanwhile I’ve shot up to the top 5% of listings on Air-bnb with bookings coming like crazy on that platform. The home currently has 21 reviews with ALL 5 stars, so I’m hoping a guest will take a chance and book on this platform to get things moving! Anyways, welcome to your Prescott retreat! Recently remodeled home only 2 miles from Downtown/Whiskey Row. Enjoy the entire, recently renovated, home to yourself. The backyard is 100% private and set up for maximum relaxation, with a 7 seater hot tub, fire pit, dart board, and outdoor dining area. Ample parking available with 3 spots in the driveway, and unlimited street parking. Please note that the 4th bed is a twin fold out couch, it’s located in the king guest bedroom, but can easily be moved.

Property was very clean!! Kitchen had everything you need to make dinners. Beds were very comfortable and even the couch you could sleep 3 people. Hot tub was very relaxing and bathrooms were great. Owner quickly responded to questions I had and even left a gift basket for us on the kitchen island!! Property was located perfect to do all things in Prescott.
