Great place in a quiet but convenient location

Great place with lots of amenities, host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. One of our favorite stays so far. If you are looking for a quiet getaway from city life but close enough to stores and shops this is perfect!!

Great location, close to town but not too close. Nice enclosed deck and small area for dogs to do their business. Enjoyed the gas fireplace which put out quite a bit of heat. Spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. Great communication with Martin who was easy to get a hold of.

This was our first VRBO stay and it went amazingly well. The host provided excellent amenities and communication. With him changing the door code, we felt very safe. He even stocked coffee for us which I appreciated very much even though we brought some of our own. The directions to the place were excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the few deer and one wild turkey that wandered by. We'd love to stay again!

Lovely Cabin

Spent a spring weekend here with my wife. The cabin was lovely with a nice deck out back for enjoying the birds and the wind in the pins. Plenty of places to just walk around and enjoy nature.

The house was clean and very cozy. It is located on a great treed lot where the grandkids loved hiking around. It has a nice sized deck to eat meals on while watching the kids hike around. It is located in a real nice neighborhood with many other homes in great condition. We felt very safe there. There was even a friendly neighbor next door we conversed with while on an evening walk.

Great Cabin

Enjoyed the cabin and the deer that would visit the cabin. Good location that is close to lakes we fished (Lynx, Goldwater) and to downtown Prescott. Good stay.

Nice location, quiet and peaceful. There are other homes nearby but that didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property. Home was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided. We didn’t have our dog with us, but for a possible future stay, noted the convenient feature of having a higher fenced in area next to the back deck.

Well-Appointed cabin in the woods.

We thoroughly enjoyed this dog-friendly cabin within the rustling pines. It really had everything we needed. The rear deck was comfortable and had a convenient place for our pups to go with easy cleanup. I especially appreciated the rolling umbrella that allowed you to choose shade or sun any time of day. We will be back.

Mountain Heaven

We love the secluded area of the beautiful home. Very quiet. The home was clean and lovely. Just perfect for my daughter, granddaughter and 2 grandbabies. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the rain every afternoon.

Beautiful cabin in the forrest

The property was wonderful, well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean, everything was labeled, cozy and wonderful. The location is beautiful. The communication for the check-in process was great. Martin was very polite and responded very quickly to each message when we had questions. Great experience! We will stay again.

Great Cabin in the Forest

Wonderful stay at this cabin in Prescott. Great location for visits around town but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the pines. Home well equipped all bases covered. Great instructions and labeling of switches, remotes, etc. Loved the deck and dog run area, great for small dog. Enjoyed mornings outside listening to birds and watching wildlife. Hope to return.

Absolutely love this place - 3rd time visiting

Very well stocked kitchen, very comfy, very quiet, nice wooded area, my 3rd time here - so great! We found 2 frisbee golf courses very nearby - and the wonderful goldwater lake hike at white spar campground down the road - grocery 7min away. Tuesday nite dancing across from days inn very close - and wiskey row for dancing - not far away. All the things we love!! I'm sure we'll be back a 4th time!

Peaceful in the pines

The cabin is beautiful inside and out. Sitting on the deck and listening to the birds was heavenly. No traffic noise at all! The pine trees were all around us. The living room was comfortable, but we didn't use it much. The outside was too welcoming to stay inside and watch TV. The kitchen layout was perfect and all the utensils needed were furnished. Only wish we had booked 3 nights instead of 2.
