Basic hotel, second floor has outside stairs, small parking lot good location, clean and functional, perfectly acceptable for the nonfussy traveler.

It is an older property but is clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning and heat both worked and were quite. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price in Prescott it was a good deal would not hesitate to stay again

Owner checked us in, friendly and accommodating. Nice place to stay, clean rooms, small refrigerator has ice compartment. Microwave. Nice shower. I would stay again. Nothing fancy but comfortable!!

Okay for the price

The room was pretty clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However the coffee maker was disgusting. I would not even make coffee in it. But everything else was nice

Clean and comfy!

This is a basic no frills property but everything is super clean and in very good condition. Front desk was very considerate to give us a quiet room. Beds were comfy and had all the basic amenities we needed. Walking distance to Courthouse square was a plus. Definitely would come back!

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Great location near downtown, plus easy access to Hwy 69 shopping / retail. Great value compared to other Prescott lodging options.
