This is an amazing property with loads of privacy and nature. Dave & Karen are amazing and were so helpful with showing me & my dog where to go & things to do. The location is perfect and my stay was beyond what I could have imagined. Very clean & comfy. Nature at it's best!
This was the perfect spot for me to rest, relax and regroup. Minutes from the bustle and beauty of Downtown Prescott, close to great restaurants and hiking. The grounds are lovely with fall color and twinkle lights. It feels like home, with all the details and comforts you could want. Great coffee supplied too! I can't speak highly enough of the hosts' kindness and the charm of the Cute Nest.
This is a great property. I was welcomed by Dave and given a tour of the property and unit. It was well appointed and very clean. All the comforts of home. I also met Karen the next day and she was wonderful too! I highly recommend this property! Great location close to downtown, and all things Prescott! I'll be back!

The property was very peaceful with woods and multiple sitting areas yet right outside of downtown. We walked to the farmers' market and found tomatoes that were incredible as well as bread and other treats. It was just what we needed.
An incredible experience! The hosts communicated well, sending lots of information and having lots info there. They greeted us and showed us around the grounds. The Nest was spotless and charming with a very comfortable bed and upstairs seating area with a rocker recliner. The Meadow had many seating options and we saw lots of hummingbirds, gold finches, a hawk, some ducks, mourning doves, an acorn woodpecker and my first ruby-crowned kinglet!
Wonderful owners with amazing attention to detail. Very knowledgeable about the area, and willing to share information regarding local activities. Beautiful grounds and the most well stocked home I have ever stayed in.....they had everything we forgot to pack. We will be back.
