Completely New 1970’s themed home near whiskey row

Step back into the 1970's in this newly 100% remodeled 70's inspired 3 bedroom 2 bath home about 1/2 mile to Whiskey Row/Courthouse Square. Just a short walk up the street to the entrance to Acker Park. Everything is 2022 new except the orange washer/dryer and the vintage 70's glassware. Every dish..to every door handle..to every towel was curated with fun design in mind. Think Boutique Hotel not generic airbnb/vrbo. Nothing is generic or like a grandma's house. The space is beautiful, clean, and host was very communicative! It's a quiet neighborhood a short walk away from downtown Prescott, which was perfect. Having the outdoor space in the backyard was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. The decor was great and as a parent of small children I appreciated that while it was decorated so nicely it was also minimalistic.

Such a great place!

It was perfect for our Prescott vacation! Love how close to Mt. Vernon it is, we took lots of walks. The home is such a fun theme and was designed so well. Will stay again!

Great house and location!

The property was very clean and located within walking distance from downtown. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the property owner returned messages quickly. Overall, a great place to stay in Prescott!

This was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and you can easily walk downtown to visit restaurants. The hosts were easy to get ahold of for questions. If staying in the summer, be aware, like many older houses in the downtown area, that the house does not have central air conditioning. They had a portable unit that made the living room cool.

This sunny home boarding the historic Prescott neighborhood and within walking distance to Whiskey Row, has new appliances and comfy memory foam beds. Kevin was a wonderful and accommodating host - available when you need him! Enjoyed are stay!

This place is groovy!

We loved our stay! The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Every little detail was attended to. The owner was responsive and helpful. We loved how close to town the place was as well. This has been one of our favorite rentals in Prescott and we’ve stayed in several.

Prescott 70s getaway

We had a short stay in historic downtown. The property is within walking distance to downtown where it has a small town feel. Checkin and check out were very easy and smooth. This home took us back to the 70s with the groovy decor.

great location fun decor

I let my 20-year-old daughter pick the rental and she chose the home for the 70's decor. We loved it. Reminded me of my childhood. Great location in Prescott, which we are very familiar with, and easy to walk into town. We are from New York City so we like walking! Would highly recommend.

Groovy Place

We enjoyed the 70s vibe... a throwback to our teen years. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had a nice coffee maker. The beautiful tilework in kitchen and bath was a plus. Loved the proximity to Whiskey Row. My only suggestion would be more comfy living room furniture. Our host was great and answered questions promptly.

This location is perfect for a short getaway. Retro design but everything is new. Impressive new appliances, faucets, fixtures and lighting. Comfortable bedding and great size TVs. Fans in every room to keep good bedtime temps. Fridge has ice maker.

Great location great house great communication!

We came up for the bike race in Prescott with our son daughter in law and our 2 grandsons ages 3 and 6. The location is perfect. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town square without crossing a busy street. The neighborhood is quiet. The rooms in the house were all big enough. The bathrooms were modern and roomy with good counter space. All the appliances and furnishings are modern and working. It has great parking both on the driveway and on the street also a fenced backyard that the kids could play in. The owner let us know early afternoon that the house was ready early so we didn’t have to wait to check in. The WiFi was very fast. The house was very clean. And had a good floor plan with enough room. GREAT LOCATION!!!

Fun place to stay

The house had plenty of room, everything was comfortable and well thought out. The whole property is so cool, I loved the look of all the 70s themed stuff and all the little touches really went a long way. Clean, spacious, close to everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, whole family was in love with the house by the time we left.

Amazing Stay!

We loved this 70’s home! Everything is as advertised. The whole process was easy, beds were very comfortable, decor was awesome, they even left some snacks in the cabinet! About a 10 minute walk to Whiskey Row area. Safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!
