This was a quaint little cottage very close to the Downtown area. Room was clean and pet friendly which was a big plus for us. The manager who contacted us was very friendly and helpful with our stay.

Felt like we were camping, beautiful scenery. Room was comfortable had all of the amenities. My only issue was the bathroom mirror in our room was very odd, had a magnifier in the middle of it, could use a full length mirror. Also the window closures do not stay put when open, the panels sway open. Overall very quaint, would consider another stay.

We liked the room; it was clean and comfortable. There's a nice kitchenette that would allow for an extended stay. To me the overall condition of the grounds was disappointing. It has such potential because there are many trees and a nice grassy area. But the flower beds are in disrepair, there is irrigation tubing that does not appear to be operational lying around. It just appeared to me that no one had really taken care of the exterior for quite some time. There are vertical posts (about 3 ft. high) which are supposed to mark the parking spaces. These are also in disrepair and only mess up your car doors when you try to open them. They serve no purpose, parking would be so much easier without them there. I don't mean to sound negative but it just seemed like the exterior did not convey a sense of pride in the property. It could be so nice with a little TLC.

Thank you for your feedback, I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your unit. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the grounds. We are constantly working on the grounds and improving things. Our irrigation system is constantly in use to keep things so green around the property, unfortunately that does mean you will see some lines at points around the property. The parking is a tough one, we have ensured that every unit is guaranteed their 1 parking spot and outlined a couple of extra visitor spots. We of course wish we had a bigger parking lot but we have made the one that we have work for all our guests to ensure everyone has a place to park.We again appreciate your feedback and look forward to seeing you back in the future.

Hidden gem!
Charming, cozy, quaint and quiet! Perfect simple home base for a weekend Prescott getaway. Less than two miles from downtown but feels far enough away to get a quiet good nights rest. Highly recommended!

Cottage was nice but the cabinets were dirty, toaster had crumbs all over. It was a nice stay overall and thank goodness we brought our own paper towels to clean.

Hotel has great potential but overall it looks better than it is. Mostly dilapidated, the sofas reeked like wet dogs, the rocking chair was broke, and so was the front screen door. The blanket in the closet was dirty. The back patio was unremarkable and was unkept. It is more like a two star rating not a 3 star!

The cottage was clean,that was our main concern. There was wifi available which is a must being that we have t-mobile terrible. The parking was literally right outside the front door that was a plus. Can't leave out my favorite thing about the cottage and that was the fireplace made it extra cozy for us.

Check in trouble, run down out, updated clean in
I booked and paid online, nonrefundable. I saw a charge and got a welcome email. The email stated check in was 3pm and we would get a 2nd email that day as soon as room was ready. We got there at 2pm. No office on site, hardly any cars, buildings looked a bit run down, but grass was recently manicured so I was hopeful yet worried. No one was there cleaning so I would have expected to get the code as stated in email "as soon as it was ready ". I called the office number, got voicemail and left message. At 3pm, we got our message and code. More guests arrived confused as to how to get in and we told them they should have an email. One went to spam, another had no phone service and couldn't get emails. Finally they got someone from office to call them back. Rooms inside were updated and clean. The stay was enjoyable but the check in needs improvement and the outside of buildings need a facelift. I wouldn't mind going again.

Room was ok, property needed attention. Even though the rooms were non-smoking people all around us smoking outside so sitting outside was not an option. Dogs barking all the time which was very annoying. Close to the road so you hear the traffic all night.

The room that I was given was definitely not what was advertised just a plain room with a kitchenette the advertisement shows country cottage look with a log walls and fireplace
