This comfortable Newly refurbished home is a warm and welcoming space. Dog friendly up to 20 pounds. 2 dog maximum with $50.00 Pet fee. Located less than a mile from the famous Whiskey Row, and Prescott Court House town square. The house is newly refurbished to it's original charm with refinished original Hardwood floors and new paint. Fully appointed with everything you will need for cooking all your meals, morning coffee or making smoothies.
The yard is fully fenced for Small dogs with patio furniture for enjoying the nice Prescott weather. This home is Pet and family friendly. Dog's 20lbs and under only with a $50 pet fee.. Our Vrbo (2600232) home next door is also pet friendly for dogs up to 50 lbs. Pet fee of $50

Prescott offers activities year round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween and Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott.

Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy to those seeking a more rugged terrain for those adventure seekers. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is an 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is 45 minutes. Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is only 15 minutes away. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to see and enjoy!

Here you will be able to relax and enjoy streaming access to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu accounts on the smart TV. Large open living room with comfortable couches and chairs. Operational fireplace ( Dura-flame logs only) and spacious dining table with comfortable chairs. Beautiful views out the large windows of historic homes and all the people walking their dogs and enjoying this quaint historic neighborhood.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals! A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possible need to feel at home. Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker+Keurig, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven/stove, toaster, mixer, blender.

Just off the kitchen are the full size washer and dryer.

Bathroom: Located in the hall, this bathroom includes a full size shower and tub combo with a single sink vanity.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, night stands and closet space.

OUTSIDE

The home shares a driveway with the neighboring house Vrbo 2600232 and provides plenty of parking behind the home for up to 2 vehicles. Please keep vehicles directly behind the home you are renting. Street parking also available. The home has a fully fenced yard for smaller dogs.

Beautiful Cottage close to heart of Prescott

We loved every minute of our stay in this charming home. It's a wonderful blend of old world craftsmanship and style with all the modern amenities carefully added where we always need them. What an enjoyable place to spend time! We are ready to return as soon as we can.

Great location and accurate description of property

The house was immaculate and presented as described in the listing. Very close to many activities, including Whiskey Row and hiking trails. The owner gave very clear instructions about how to operate everything and what to do when one leaves. Would highly recommend for 2-4 people.

Amazing and charming

What a great little house! It is decorated beautifully, it's quaint, extremely clean, conveniently located and the hosts were top notch. Easy check in and check out, pretty well stocked kitchen, little snacks and water, and bathroom toiletries. I can't say enough for things about this place for the amazing price and will definitely be trying to book it again in the future.

Nice quiet cottage

Weekend in Prescott

The property is in a great location, in the old town area of Prescott, and is very quiet, clean and roomy. The host provided any provision needed to make us feel as we were in our own home. On top of that, the residence was decorated in perfect keeping with the style of the residence.

Great stay in Prescott

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great…clean comfortable and welcoming. Our hosts (Robert & Sara), made sure we had whatever we needed. Their attention to detail, not only in the way the property was furnished, but in clear instructions on how things worked was so appreciated. We highly recommend it.

Charming and fantastic

This was our second time staying here for the Whiskey Epic Mountain bike weekend. Such an adorable place, comfortable, and so convenient to downtown and shopping! The heat worked quite well this year since the weather was super chilly and cold. My wife very much enjoyed the deep bathtub to warm her bones after the race in the rain and snow. We'll be making our reservations again soon for next year!

Charming Cottage with well appointed furnishings

Our weekend get-away for our wedding anniversary. The home offered us and our 2 small dogs all the comforts and then some! Charming, and so well cared for from the inside to the outside. Home comes with everything you need to cook, if you want to, wash clothes if needed, which is awesome for a long stay. I will be sure to book this home again with zero hesitation. If you love Vintage and old world charm this home is a winner!
