From the 1st floor a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the surroundings and the sea. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms. Explore the numerous beaches of Premantura and enjoy the variety of recreational activities. Experience the inland of Istria with vineyards and olive groves. Due to the quiet neighborhood and surroundings, this domicile is not suitable for a vacation of young people and groups, as well as for parties.
