We needed an hotel as a result
Of an emergency. Starting with the price in regards to the other hotels around the area, the hotel had a great rate. Additionally, the night time front desk manager was very friendly, bilingual, and welcoming. It was very helpful after having been victims of petty crime. The room was clean and big in comparison to other Paris hotels. The room decor was welcoming and the bathroom toiletries were of excellent quality. The bed and the pillows were also perfect for a good night’s rest. The bathroom has an excellent big shower. The only thing missing in the bathroom is a magnifying mirror. The rooms has a mini bar and the rooms on the 6th floor have a balcony. The lobby shows it’s an older hotel, but very well maintained. AlsoI couldn’t get the USB port in the room to work. However, the room and bathroom have many outlets. Thank you !

Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!

Nice place but not ideal for a triple room
"I stayed one night with 2 friends in a triple room - but we were told at the time of booking that we could be provided with 3 single beds. Turned out not to be the case as our room had a double and a single bed and it was not possible to get 3 single beds. We survived that for one night - but cannot ..."
