Welcome to your ideal base for exploring the Veneto region. If you are looking for tranquillity and, at the same time, the utmost convenience to reach the best destinations (Venice, Treviso, Padua), you have found the right place. Our apartment offers the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. It is comfortable and strategic for workers, students, and tourists.

The location is unbeatable: all essential services are literally right downstairs. You will find a bar, pharmacy, and beauty salon within a short walk, as well as typical pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car.

Accessibility is our strength: The Train Station (S. Trovaso stop) and the bus stop are only 50 meters away. This means you can be in the centre of Treviso in a few minutes, in Venice in about 30 minutes by train, and in Padua in 40 minutes. For those traveling by car, free public parking is available right below the building, and we are strategically positioned halfway between the Treviso Sud and Preganziol motorway exits. Treviso Airport (TSF) is just 7 minutes away, while Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) is 15 minutes away.

The Space Designed for Your Comfort
The apartment, located on the second floor (no elevator), is finished to the finest detail. Each room offers maximum flexibility: it can be set up with a double bed or two single beds, always with 25 cm high comfort mattresses. For your privacy, each room is equipped with a Smart TV, a private keyed lock, and a private panoramic terrace overlooking the internal park and the neighbourhood. You won't have to worry about the climate: it is regulated by independent heating and air conditioning, in addition to WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped for every need, providing everything required: microwave, refrigerator, pots, dishes, cutlery, kettle, and an espresso coffee machine. The bathroom, which has a window, features a bidet and a shower, and we already supply towels, a hairdryer (phon), shampoo, and shower gel. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

Please keep in mind: sanitation and cleaning are guaranteed at the beginning and end of your stay. The mandatory Tourist Tax (€1 per person) must be paid in cash upon check-in, where a valid ID or passport will also be requested.
