Charming vacation rental in a central location in Preetz - 3.5 rooms (Gasstrasse 7)

This cosy 3.5-room apartment in an older building is located in a very central spot between the train station and city centre Preetz and is suitable for 3–4 people. The centre of Preetz, with its many small shops and restaurants, is just a three-minute walk away. With its lakes, Preetz also offers numerous recreational opportunities for nature lovers and families. Thanks to the nearby train station, cities such as Kiel, Plön, Lübeck, or Eutin, for example, can be easily reached via direct connections.
For those arriving by car, a free parking space is available in the backyard. A lockable bike storage room is also available. The high ceilings, the old refurbished hardwood floors, and the restored doors give the apartment a special charm. The living room is equipped with a TV and a cosy leather couch that can easily be converted into a sleeper sofa for two people. An additional armchair provides plenty of space for evenings spent together in the living room. A double door leads to the bedroom. It features a 1.60/2.00 m double bed with two reading lamps and USB ports, as well as an additional TV. Clothing can be stored in a chest of drawers or on a coat rack. The second, smaller bedroom has a loft bed measuring 1.40/2.00 m, which makes optimal use of the space and offers a special sleeping option for children. Another chest of drawers holds books and board games, along with additional storage space for personal items. A desk with an ergonomic stool also allows the room to be used as a home office.
Despite its size, the kitchen offers space for two additional dining spots at a counter. It is also equipped with a compact dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. We also provide tea towels, dish soap, tea, a small amount of coffee, and a basic selection of spices. Guests who prefer to cook for themselves will find dishes for six people, an extensive selection of glasses, and enough cooking utensils to serve full meals in the separate dining room.
The bright and inviting shower room is fully stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper, and features counter space and storage. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as a makeup mirror and hair dryer, are also provided.
