In the resort Hůrka u Němčic, 12 km from the centre of Klatovy, 50 km from the centre of Bayerisch Eisenstein, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the skiing area. Private: property 3'200 m2 (fenced), lawn and trees, meadow, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.).
