"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970. The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC. "

"Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again.
