Terrible Experience

Water clogging in Washrooms No cleanliness I booked 2 rooms for 3 pax & paid in full in advance but they told me I booked 1 room After showing the hotel voucher & payment receipt they finally agreed. Only 1 person for room service of 15 rooms in the property. Terrible room service They give packed snack boxes in the name of breakfast. No buffet To sum up, I will never go there again
